okay well can someone at least teach me how to find and download high qual shows that get uploaded on the tracker? I'm just gonna find this episode myself--

Ah wait I understand now. Well shows she's been on in the past have been uploaded on other places in the past but they're all low qual. For example when she was on Murakami Mayonnaise and Karaoke Battle

You should try searching Youku and the other Chinese video sites. Maybe something is there.
