They are an independant Idol group based in Sapporo (on Hokkaido), managed by Encho, who is a very well known old Morning Musume wota (who is commonly credited as the inventor of MIX, the chant now heard during all AKB songs).
B.T.W. I was at the live they did (if it was the one from October, that they filmed in Shinjuku Blaze).
There is a thread for them in the 'Idols' section, that can give you more information

Komori being put in Watarirouka Hashiritai 7, cast as Mukuchi, lotta screentime in Chome Chome, other stuff I don't remember...Was just watching the WH7 Young Gangan DVD Vol. 17. But that's what's great about having so many idols? Someone for everyone?

hopefully I didn't screw myself over trying to get an iPhone in Japanese despite understanding maybe 60% of what was said to me. not like cell phone language is difficult enough to understand in English

and backing up DVDs are illegal too. But all this are non-enforceable laws i.e. there no penalties. Uploading copyrighted materials will get you penalties.

regardless, I'm cutting way back on stuff I used to follow for now. hopefully there are still seeds for the stuff I want when I get back to the US or at least another country that doesn't care.
