Back from military service a few days ago with a 14 days home leave due to anxiety.. Military is really not for me.....

Then I will take that with a grain of salt. It is better to hear from the siteowners themselves whether the site is permanently down or not, rather than what someone on 2ch says (and how would they know if it will come back or not?)

@krusha: I don't drink coffee so its fine on that end. I usually try to calm down by holding my breath and exhaling slowly. It helps.
@usagi: yeah when I head to bed there's no distraction whatsoever. It's just my mind replaying scenarios which might or might not occur in the future which then causes me to think about how should I act in those situations. Its normal at times but during times of anxiety you just can't stop feeling anxious and the ball just keeps rol...

Look on Youtube for meditation music or nature sounds. If I'm stressed out and have trouble sleeping the sound of running water or rain really calms me down :)
