Do you rember that Nintendo-director Iwata promised That some japan-only series where gonna be localized?
Inzazuma Eleven, an RPG/Soccer series from the makers of Professor Layton is one of them!
Inazuma Eleven mixes soccer with RPG-elements, an strange combination, but not less fun.
The game follows the story of the young keeper Mark Evans, which wants to recuit the best players to win the Football Frontier-competition with his team. you can send specteculair fireballs, flying kicks and teleporting players to your opponent
with the stylus of your DS.
Inazuma Eleven is very populair in Japan, mostly because of the Anime, which also is broadcasted in some European countries. The lastest (thirth) part sold almost one-million copies, which makes me very happy. what makes makes me even happier is that Level 5 ( The studio behind Dragon Quest XI and the Professor Layton series) is developing the game, which makes sure it has strong gameplay and some beautiful cutscene's.
Nintendo is going to release the first game in the series on Januari 28th! an good start of the new year!
