With the website relaunched we have advanced a new step (if you haven’t seen the new website click HERE) towards improving ourselves as a group. However there are still many things to do for this group to work better as a group. For that reason, I realized that I cannot be the only one in charge of leading the group and could really use someone to work with me and especially to be able to keep on working and to keep things on the move if for some reason I cannot be around, I need another leader. (Of course Rimii and Alice are still by my side, but in this case I need someone to focus more on this). Since, I don’t think I can just hand pick someone for this position, I decided to host auditions for this! I believe that the person who will be chosen for this task, must be someone who wants it, who is willing to do this, and who is in all senses suitable for it. For that reason I think this will be the best way to select the right person. The auditions will consist of three stages, one of which will include voting from all the members, but I’ll tell you more about that when the times comes.
Today, the 1st stage begins! For this stage, I’ll focus on the people that want this. For that I’ll need you to PM me with your applications to participate! In the application, I will want you to explain to me what you would like to do if you actually win this position. The more detailed it can be the better. Depending on what you send to me I might ask you a few questions to complete your idea.
If you have any questions you can of course ask here. I'll give you one week to send me all your applications! That means till next Saturday included. I'll most likely be making final reviews and announcing the 2nd stage on Sunday. Of course, the sooner you can send me your application the better
