A New Approach to Subtitling
I wanted to share a site, www.yasub.com, that allows you create your own translation channel where you actually get to help promote official youtube videos in the process. One doesn't need to know any complicated re-encoding, and re-uploading of videos. You just need a youtube link, then the site will allow you to easily add the subtitles which can be published immediately for anyone to see. You'll be able to track the # of views for any subtitle that you create and each of those views contribute directly to the original video's traffic (since the subtitles are overlaid to the original video instead of being uploaded to a separate youtube account).
Translating "Hello Project"
The site has the concept of topics where related subtitles are grouped together so that its easier to discover similar content. If you're interested in translating hello project videos, you can submit your translation to the "Hello! Project" topic at https://www.yasub.co...cs/helloproject. So far, skoban has contributed a lot of hello project subtitles and we feel grateful for that. It would be awesome if others could help out too ^.^

If you're interested in getting email notification of new Hello Project subtitles, you can also subscribe to the topic above
