After a streak of duds in terms of singles (I’m referencing So Long up to Heart Ereki), they’ve finally put out a ###### fantastic single release!
The main a-side is glorious, fun, catchy, and adorable.
Mosh and Drive is upbeat, sparkling, and probably one of the best AKB songs I’ve heard in a while. I wasn’t expecting such a song like this! The instrumental is quite nice.
Party is Over is a very nice, crisp, mid-tempo ballad that I really wasn’t expecting. It’s a nice holiday ballad without being hokey. Very well executed, with a gorgeous PV. It's a bit long, but worth it. The instrumental has some unique stuff going on.
Escape….Just……LISTEN TO THIS ###### SONG. Easily SKE’s best track yet. It’s astounding. The dance is the PV is pretty badass too. It’s the UZA of SKE’s discography, in terms of intensity, perfection, and impressiveness.
ウインクは3回 is incredibly spunky and adorable. I normally hate HKT because I don’t like that ugly Haruka girl, and Meru annoys the hell out of me…but this song is pretty dang cute. It’s hard to frown while listening to it!
君と出会って僕は変わった is very chill and easy to listen to. It really showcases the cool, refreshing sound of their combined vocals, which I really like about NMB. They have a different tone than the rest…HKT is helium, SKE is sharp, and NMB is smooth.
